About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Logistics Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting our customers by ensuring clear communication, timely updates, and a smooth overall experience from start to finish.

What You’ll Do
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, delivering prompt and professional support
- Assist with order entry, tracking, and scheduling to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure requests are handled accurately and on time
- Proactively communicate updates and status information to clients
- Maintain accurate customer records, documentation, and account details
- Help resolve service concerns quickly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Support reporting and provide insights to help improve the overall customer experience
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service, account coordination, or a related role
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); CRM experience is a plus
- A positive, solution-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
