Responsibilities

- Collaborate with families or guardians to understand individual needs and preferences for caregiving plans
- Engage children in educational play, teaching basic skills, and encouraging curiosity in a nurturing setting
- Assist individuals with disabilities by providing personalized support that fosters independence and dignity
Qualifications
- Prior experience working with children or in childcare settings such as daycare, preschool, babysitting, or nannying is highly preferred
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is a plus
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, families, and team members
- Ability to manage behavior positively while maintaining patience and empathy
- Flexibility to adapt to different caregiving environments and schedules
