- Opportunity to participate in stock ownership / synthetic equity programs
What You Will Do:
- Perform mechanical engineering design for mission-critical and data centre projects.
- Design and model HVAC, chilled water, condenser water, cooling tower, plumbing, and hydronic piping systems.
- Prepare engineering calculations, equipment selections, and technical documentation.
- Develop construction drawings, specifications, and design reports.
- Coordinate mechanical designs with architectural, structural, and electrical disciplines using BIM.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable Canadian and U.S. codes, industry standards, and client requirements.
- Review shop drawings, RFIs, and contractor submittals.
- Support construction administration through site visits, field reviews, and coordination with contractors.
- Participate in BIM coordination meetings and help resolve multidisciplinary design conflicts.
