Sales Representative for Commercial Janitorial Services – Gloucester County, NJ
Compensation
- $30 per hour
- Full commission equal to the first month’s contract value on every new account
- 10% residual commission paid monthly for as long as the customer remains under contract

Responsibilities
- Prospect office buildings, warehouses, medical facilities, manufacturing plants, and commercial properties
- Schedule appointments with decision makers
- Conduct site walkthroughs
- Present janitorial service proposals
- Develop long-term customer relationships
Qualifications
- Previous B2B sales experience preferred
- Self-motivated and comfortable with cold calling
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication skills
