Essential Job Functions
- Assertively meet and exceed sales goals and appointments set quota.
- Deliver prepared script in order to secure appointments for scheduled maintenance sales.
- Obtain customer information such as name. address, and household information for data-entry.
- Schedules appointments for homeowners with database systems.
- Communicate effectively with outside water specialist to meet customer needs and availability.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both existing and potential customers to key business relationships.
- Perform any other assigned duties.
Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies
- Excellent communication skills.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
- High school diploma/GED.
- Multi-tasking multiple tasks (Typing while navigating different interfaces and delivering script).
- 1 year of telephone sales experience.
- Work effectively in a team environment while striving for individual excellence.
Desired
- Call center experience.
- +1 year of Telemarketing/Appointment setting experience.
