Responsibilities
- Food prep, cooking, and cleaning
- Delivering exceptional hospitality to our guests
- Balancing high volume with high quality
- Participating in ongoing training and development
Required Skills/Qualifications:
- Previous hospitality and/or food service experience a plus ~ we'll teach you the rest!
- Ability to learn quickly in fast-paced, high volume environment
- Self-motivated achiever interested in taking on additional roles and responsibilities
- Open availability and flexibility is a must ~ ability to work any shift
- Knife skills, ability to read and re-create a recipe
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to work on your feet for at least 8 hours.
- Fast-paced movements are required to go from one part of the kitchen and storage areas to others.
- Must be able to move, pull, carry or lift up to 50 pounds on occasion and 35 pounds regularly.
- Occasional environmental exposures to cold, heat, and water.
- Occasionally kneel, bend, crouch and climb as required.
- Ideal candidate has a positive attitude along with passion for the fast-paced service industry. A team oriented mindset will help us all win and help us accomplish our goal of going above and beyond expectations to provide hospitality to all of our guests.
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
