We are seeking ae Insurance Inspector to join our team for the Roanoke and surrounding area. This is a on-site role-based position. The Insurance Inspector will be responsible for traveling to locations, conducting property inspections, assessing risks and policy compliance, and documenting findings in detailed reports. The role also requires clear communication with policyholders, performing visual inspections, and identifying any potential hazards or compliance issues while adhering to company standards. The successful candidate will cover Somerset County.
Contractor requirements:
- Computer with high speed internet connection.
- Reliable auto with insurance.
- Basic model digital camera.
- Measuring tools (tape, wheel,digital)
- Be willing to undergo basic background check (paid for by MIB)
- Self starter.
- Basic knowledge of building construction and materials.
- Attentive to detail.
