Duties
- Perform oil changes and lubrication services on vehicles
- Conduct basic vehicle maintenance tasks such as tire rotations and filter replacements
- Complete automotive repairs as needed, including brake inspections and fluid flushes
- Utilize power tools and equipment to efficiently complete tasks
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Sales-oriented mindset to promote additional services or products
Experience
- Strong mechanical knowledge or interest in automotive repair and maintenance
- Experience working in a dealership or automotive service environment is a plus but not required
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic automotive diagnostics preferred
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work in physically demanding conditions
- Willingness to learn new skills and take direction from experienced technicians
- Prior experience as a mechanic or in automotive service is advantageous but not required
