Daily Commission Plan
Your commission tier locks in based on the members you write that day:
- 0–10 Members: $15 per member
- 11–14 Members: $20 per member
- 15–17 Members: $22.50 per member
- 18–24 Members: $25 per member
- 25–29 Members: $27.50 per member
- 30+ Members: $30 per member
What Production Can Look Like
- 18 Members: $450+ in one day
- 25 Members: $687.50+ in one day
- 30 Members: $900+ in one day
Most agents earn $1,200–$4,000+ per week. Your income is based on your production, and production is rewarded here every day.
CPA Bonus Program
Agents who maintain quality production can earn additional money on top of their daily commission:
- CPA under $85: +$1.50 per deal
- CPA under $75: +$3.00 per deal

Requirements
- Active 2-15 or 2-40 Health Insurance License
- Active 2026 FFM Certification
- ACA sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Multi-state licenses are a plus, but not required
This is a full-time, permanent 1099 commission-based position with uncapped earning potential. Paid weekly every Friday.
Pay: $1,200.00 - $4,000.00 per week
