TRS is growing and seeking a Project Manager experienced working with multi-family and condominium communities to lead roofing, exterior repair, cap ex and renovation projects.
We are looking for a strong operator who can take full ownership of projects, driving execution, managing subcontractors, and delivering results.
You will work directly with estimators, property managers, association boards and ownership groups to ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and with a high level of client satisfaction. What You’ll Do
· Manage projects from contract through completion with full ownership of schedule, budget, and client experience;
· Coordinate and lead subcontractors and internal resources to execute roofing, exterior, and renovation work;
· Read scopes and plans, validate field conditions, and ensure projects are set up correctly from the start;
· Proactively manage timelines, job costs to budget, identify risks, and solve problems before they impact the job;
· Maintain strong communication with property managers, association boards, residents and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle;
· Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with satisfied clients; and
· Operate within a disciplined, KPI-driven production environment.
What We’re Looking For
· Proven experience in the multi-family industry managing roofing, exterior building envelope, cap ex or renovation projects (multi-family or commercial preferred).
· Experience working with property managers, HOAs, COAs or multi-family ownership groups strongly preferred.
· Strong understanding of construction methods, sequencing, and subcontractor management.
· Ability to lead projects in the field with confidence and accountability.
· Strong communication and client management skills.
· Organized, proactive, and results-driven.
· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
