Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional guest services in a fast-paced environment, particularly within the food and nightlife industry. As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for our patrons by serving high-quality beverages and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and delivering drinks promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and managing inventory.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Upsell drinks and food items to enhance guest experience and maximize sales.
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure a safe environment for guests.
- Assist with bussing tables as needed to maintain a clean dining area.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders.
Experience
- Previous experience in guest services or customer service roles is preferred.
- Experience in the food service or food industry is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and POS systems is essential.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is a must.
- Experience working in a nightclub or bar setting is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- A positive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to multitask are key attributes for success in this role.
