Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to promote independence and comfort.
- Provide specialized care for patients with complex needs such as dementia, Alzheimer's disease, or memory care requirements.
- Use assistive devices like Hoyer lifts safely to transfer patients with mobility challenges while maintaining proper aseptic techniques.
- Collaborate with nursing staff
- Maintain detailed medical documentation and ensure compliance with all safety protocols related to infection control and patient privacy.
- Full Time 2-10pm, every other weekend is required.
Requirements
- Valid certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in accordance with state regulations.
- Prior experience working in healthcare environments is preferred.
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems like PointClickCare is advantageous.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting using Hoyer lifts and assisting with patient mobility.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.

Pay: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour
