New Wave is hiring motivated individuals to join our event team supporting nonprofit outreach campaigns across the Tampa Bay area. This is an entry-level position with paid training - no prior experience required.

What You’ll Do
- Represent nonprofit partners at community events and retail-based outreach campaigns
- Engage with the public to share information, answer questions, and build support
- Assist with event setup, coordination, and breakdown
- Work closely with team leads during live events to ensure smooth execution
- Help track daily engagement and event activity
- Maintain a professional, positive, and team-oriented presence
What to Expect
- Full-time & part-time openings
- 8-hour shifts with some weekend availability
- In-person role based out of our Tampa office with local travel to event sites
- Team-based work environment with hands-on training and daily collaboration
- No remote work, no door-to-door, and no cold calling

Compensation & Benefits

- Salary range: $46,000–$55,000 annually

Work Authorization
