As a Project Manager - Construction - Manhattan, you will be responsible for:
- Managing projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Developing and maintaining project schedules and budgets
- Coordinating owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Managing subcontractor procurement and buyout processes
- Reviewing and processing RFIs, submittals, and change orders
- Monitoring project costs and preparing financial forecasts
- Leading project meetings and providing client updates
- Identifying project risks and implementing solutions
- Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
- Supporting field teams to achieve project milestones
- Managing project documentation and reporting
- Overseeing project closeout and turnover activities
