Our team works with nursing facilities to deliver specialty clinical care, including advanced diabetes and endocrine management, while supporting facility staff and improving resident care.
We are seeking a motivated Healthcare Business Development Representative to help expand our presence within skilled nursing facilities (SNFs) by developing relationships with facility owners, administrators, and healthcare decision-makers.
Role Overview
This is a commission-based opportunity for an experienced healthcare sales professional, consultant, or industry connector who can open doors with skilled nursing facilities and help establish new partnerships.
The ideal candidate has existing relationships within the post-acute care industry and understands how decisions are made by nursing home owners, administrators, regional operators, and management companies.
Responsibilities
- Identify and introduce Dialog Healthcare to skilled nursing facilities and healthcare organizations
- Develop relationships with nursing home administrators, owners, regional executives, and decision-makers
- Schedule introductory meetings and help facilitate partnership discussions
- Generate new facility opportunities and assist with expanding Dialog Healthcare’s footprint
- Maintain ongoing communication with prospects throughout the relationship-building process
Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare sales, business development, or post-acute care preferred
- Existing relationships with skilled nursing facilities strongly preferred
- Knowledge of nursing home operations, leadership structures, and healthcare services
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
Compensation
