Plank & Tile is seeking an experienced, organized, and motivated Warehouse Coordinator to oversee our warehouse operations, inventory, deliveries, facilities, and equipment.

Responsibilities
- Oversee all receiving, storage, and distribution of materials for Plank & Tile.
- Manage inventory control and warehouse organization.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing deliveries.
- Maintain company facilities, warehouse, trailers, tools, forklifts, and equipment.
- Supervise and support warehouse personnel.
- Work closely with the purchasing department, sales team, installers, and vendors.
- Track and organize multiple orders and projects simultaneously.
- Ensure materials are delivered accurately and on schedule.
- Monitor inventory levels and reorder materials when necessary.
- Assist in developing efficient warehouse and logistics processes.
- Help solve logistical challenges to keep projects moving forward.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who is:
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Able to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced construction environment.
- Strong communicator.
- Self-motivated and dependable.
- Computer proficient.
- Experience using QuickBooks, Monday.com, Microsoft Office, or similar business software is preferred.
- Previous warehouse, purchasing, logistics, inventory, operations, or construction management experience is preferred.
- Forklift experience required.
- Must have reliable transportation.
PAY WILL CHANGE DEPENDING ON EXPERIANCE
Pay: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
