Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Food Runner to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the smooth operation of our restaurant by delivering food orders from the kitchen to customers' tables promptly and accurately.
Responsibilities
- Deliver food orders from the kitchen to customers' tables in a timely manner
- Ensure food presentation meets the restaurant's standards
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, servers, and management
- Help maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance the dining experience
Requirements
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members
- Knowledge of basic culinary terms and practices is a plus
- Willingness to assist in other areas of the restaurant such as banquets or kitchen support if needed
Our restaurant is open 7 days a week. The Food Runner position offers $7.25 per hour plus tips. We offer complimentary covered parking, 401k with company match, room for advancement and major holidays closed.
