Sales & Marketing Representative

Position Overview
Soft Touch Furniture is seeking a motivated, creative, and customer-focused Sales & Marketing Representative to help grow our brand and expand our customer base. This position combines relationship-based sales with strategic marketing to promote our custom hospitality furniture throughout the United States.
The ideal candidate is energetic, organized, and comfortable building relationships with designers, architects, purchasing companies, restaurant groups, hotels, casinos, and general contractors. This individual will also help strengthen our online presence, create marketing materials, and represent Soft Touch Furniture at industry events.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, dealers, purchasing firms, restaurant groups, and hospitality clients.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and generate quotations.
- Coordinate with estimating, engineering, and production teams to ensure customer expectations are met.
- Manage customer relationships throughout the sales process, from initial contact through project completion.
- Attend trade shows, networking events, and customer meetings.
- Meet established sales goals and contribute to company growth.
Marketing
- Manage and grow Soft Touch Furniture's social media presence.
- Develop marketing campaigns showcasing completed projects, new products, and company capabilities.
- Create brochures, digital advertisements, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Assist with website updates and SEO initiatives.
- Coordinate photography and video content of completed furniture and installations.
- Help maintain the company's CRM and customer database.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Experience with Microsoft Office.
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design software is a plus.
- Experience managing social media platforms.
- Ability to travel occasionally for customer visits and trade shows.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong attention to detail.

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
