Job Summary:
We're seeking a reliable and skilled driver to shuttle trailers between our facility and customers within a 150-mile radius. As a preferred driver, you'll enjoy mostly live unloads and a consistent schedule with daily home time.
Pay and Benefits:
- Weekly Pay: $1,100 - $1,200 (low side) to $1,500 - $1,700 (high side)
- CPM: $0.58
- Sign-on Bonus: $1,000
- Stop Pay: $16.00 per stop
- Detention Pay: $13.50
- Detention Policy: All yard time and time at customer after 0.5 hours
- Breakdown Time and Holiday Pay: $22 per hour
- Vacation: 5 days at 6 months (calculated based on average weekly/daily pay)
- Health Insurance: Available at 30 days
- 401K: Available at 30 days
Schedule:
- Days: Monday - Friday
- Start Time: 4/6am
- Shift Length: 8 - 12 hours

Job Requirements:
- 1 year of verifiable CDL-A tractor trailer driving experience
- No more than 1 serious traffic violation within the last 5 years
- No preventable collisions within the last 5 years involving: rear-end; rollover; work/construction zone related/occurrence
- No more than 3 moving violations within the last 3 years; no more than 2 moving violations within the last 12 months
- Must be able to work independently
