Ike’s Love & Sandwiches is hiring an Assistant Manager / Team Lead to help lead daily operations, develop team members, and drive performance in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
This is a hands-on leadership role with a clear path to General Manager.

As an Assistant Manager / Team Lead, you are responsible for helping run the restaurant day-to-day and ensuring strong operational performance.
- Lead shifts and ensure excellent customer service
- Manage labor, executing schedules, and shift execution
- Maintain food quality, food preparation, and food safety standards
- Train, coach, and develop team members and shift leaders
- Support hiring and onboarding of new employees
- Help manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls
- Maintain a clean, organized, and high-performing restaurant
What Success Looks Like
- Smooth, efficient shifts during peak lunch and dinner hours
- Strong team performance and low turnover
- High food quality and fast ticket times
- Consistent execution of systems and standards
- What We’re Looking For
- 1–3+ years of restaurant leadership experience (Assistant Manager, Shift Lead, or similar)
- Strong background in customer service and team leadership
- Experience in a fast-paced restaurant or quick service environment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized under pressure
- High level of accountability, reliability, and attention to detail
- Open availability, including weekends and peak shifts (lunch is critical)
