OBJECTIVES

Assist in documenting and rolling out SOPs, workflows, and system improvements. Ensure all team members are effectively using required platforms including Microsoft Teams, Canva, BuildOps, Arcoro, and Trainual for communication, project tracking, HR, and training compliance. Help enforce CRP&C best practices across operations, including daily all teams meetings, daily team huddles, R3 assessments, SOP documentation, and leadership duplication.

Coordinate internal schedules, meetings, communications, and reporting rhythms. Translate leadership goals into execution plans by maintaining communication touchpoints and documenting initiatives. Support and document 1:1 employee growth meetings (PPFs) to promote accountability, engagement, and team development.

Establish and manage daily and weekly performance metrics to monitor operations, spot trends, escalate issues, and provide solutions to the VP/Owner. Track project, department, and individual KPIs to drive alignment and ensure accountability.

Work cross-functionally with Finance, People, Sales & Marketing to align priorities that impact revenue, timelines, and profitability. Support client relationship management and estimating process coordination, as needed.

Manage branding and content tasks, including Canva graphics, social post drafts, and content scheduling.

Lead internal check-ins to monitor progress and ensure follow-through on assigned tasks. Influence both internal teams and external partners through timely reporting, consistent communication, and clear accountability.
COMPETENCIES

Understands construction industry workflows, subcontractor dynamics, job site documentation, and project life cycles. Can translate operational field issues into administrative support actions.

Manages project timelines, client records, and task workflows within platforms like BuildOps. Understands how to drive performance insights and improve process flow through system reporting.

Able to create, document, and roll out standard operating procedures. Understands how to build a process tracker and guide leaders through SOP adoption for better consistency and duplication.

Capable of navigating digital onboarding, employee records, and HR compliance tools. Understands how to maintain confidentiality and data accuracy.

Fluent in all Microsoft tools. Uses Excel for reporting, dashboards, and data tracking with formulas, pivot tables, and charts. Delivers clean reports, calendars, and shared resources.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Regular job site visits required; must be comfortable walking active construction sites across all project types.

Ability to climb ladders, navigate job sites with uneven terrain, and work in varying weather conditions.

Must be able to work at a desk for extended periods when handling scheduling, reporting, and documentation.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- 2 years in administrative, project coordination, or related roles.
- Experience in the Plumbing or trades industry is a plus.
- Associate degree, bachelor’s degree in business, Management, Operations/Logistics, or related area of study, or equivalent work experience
- Work experience in business operations in a broad-based capacity within a results-driven environment preferred
