$19.37 - $33.66 per hour

Salary is determined based on years of experience.
General Position Duties:
-
Excellent communication skills; must be able to serve the public in a diplomatic friendly and efficient manner.

Ability to edit routine correspondence for spelling and grammar errors.
-
Develop safe and efficient bus routes
-
Ensure that all routes and trips are staffed for a driver and bus aide when necessary
-
Assign drivers, complete billing and reporting for school field trips and athletic trips
-
Maintain proper licensing and serve as a substitute driver as needed
-
Create requisitions and purchase orders
-
Strong knowledge of computer systems and programs such as google drive, microsoft office, data systems, etc.

Knowledge of standard office machines and equipment and computers.
-
Knowledge of office practices and procedures.
-
Strong organizational skills.
-
Ability to manage multiple tasks in an efficient manner.

Typing skills; 50-60 words-per-minute.

High school diploma supplemented by minimum one-year secretarial experience.

Proficient with the following software:

Google Docs, Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

Knowledge of routing software such as VersaTrans, or Traversa.
