AUSTIN'S #1 RATED HOME INSPECTION COMPANY IS HIRING A FULL TIME INSPECTOR
We are looking for a professional, friendly, and detail-orientated inspector with at least one (1) year of experience.
This is a permanent position, but hours will vary with the seasons (slower in the winter months). Must be able to work weekends and travel throughout the Austin area for work on a daily basis. Experience and qualifications will determine compensation, although the range is generally between $52,000.00 to $70,000.
Job requirements include:
* Must hold a Professional Inspector License for the State of Texas
* Clean professional work truck or van
* Good computer and typing skills
* Exceptional customer service and communication skills
* Ability to maneuver in a variety of small spaces and conditions (roofs and crawlspaces)
* Must be able to climb ladders, walk on roofs, access crawl spaces, enter attics, as well as stand for long periods of time
* Valid driver’s license and a good driving record
* Basic inspection tools including thermal imaging camera and foundation elevation tool
* WDI license and Home Inspector Pro software experience a plus!
