Duties
- Provide attentive care for elderly, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times
- Assist with daily routines such as feeding, bathing, dressing, and medication management.
- Support engaging activity development through age-appropriate activities.
- Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive behavior and social skills
- Administer basic first aid when necessary and respond promptly to emergencies or health concerns
- Collaborate with families or guardians to understand individual needs and preferences
- Maintain a clean, organized environment that encourages learning and safety in daycare or childcare settings
Qualifications
- Prior experience working in healthcare
- Certification or training in first aid and CPR and CMT
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage behavior positively while fostering a nurturing environment
- Passion for caregiving with a genuine desire to support the elderly
