What You’ll Be Doing
Patient care & testing
· Work one on one with patients performing vision tests and diagnostic measurements as ordered by the physician
· Assist with rooming patients
· Assist with contact lens training and follow-ups
Clinic flow & documentation
· Accurately document clinical information in patient charts
· Prepare exam rooms and maintain clean, organized work areas
· Provide reliable support to help keep operations running smoothly
· Other duties within the Practice as requested
Front desk
· Support the front desk staff with check-in, check-out, scheduling, chart prep, and collecting payment
