- Lead landscape installation and maintenance projects with minimal supervision
- Solve problems on-site and in the field with a decisive, logical approach
- Ensure quality work through your high attention to detail and systems-oriented mindset
- Use your initiative to create efficiencies and improve job performance
- Work closely with our operations team to stay aligned on goals, but with the freedom to execute your way
