The ideal candidate will have expertise in various technical areas such as frame carpentry, fixture installation, drywall, flooring installation, and more. Duties:
- Perform frame carpentry tasks with precision and accuracy
- Install fixtures according to specifications
- Execute drywall installations and repairs proficiently
- Conduct flooring installations with attention to detail
- Utilize Bluebeam software for project documentation and management
- Demonstrate expertise in concrete forming and finishing techniques
- Engage in remodeling projects from start to finish
- Interpret and work from schematics effectively
- Apply caulking techniques for sealing purposes
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in frame carpentry, fixture installation, drywall, flooring installation, and related technical skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
