Autoneum is the Global Market Leader in Acoustics and Thermal Management. The Company is a leading Swiss supplier in sustainable acoustic and thermal management solutions for vehicles. This position will be a full-time onsite position located in our manufacturing facility in Norwalk, Ohio.
The PC&L Planner is a support role for the PC&L Department. The PC&L Planner will be responsible for assisting Master Scheduler with planning/ scheduling the plant by providing the plant with a monthly production plan consistent with the plant capacity and sales forecast. In addition, the PC&L Planner will support customer service, raw material planning and container management. Strong collaboration with the Production, Finance, Customer Service and Management team is critical to meeting business goals. Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
- Issuing, modifying and closing Production Orders
- Updating daily schedules (Monitor)
- Counting rolls on the floor Updating daily KPI’s
- Work with Master Scheduler on inventory targets based on customer requirements, while managing the Master Production Plan to achieve targeted inventory levels on both a cost and unit basis.
- Maintain finished goods inventory at target levels in ensure high service levels, i.e. product availability to meet customer demand.
- Communicate schedule and schedule changes to the floor
- Support Customer Service by answering customer portals as required. (Ford, Stellantis, Tesla, GM, BMW, Volvo, etc.) to identify critical shortages, receiving discrepancies, scorecards, bulletins, etc.
- Ensure that new parts are set-up correctly in SAP and/or customer portals.
- Monitor OEM delivery rating scores and dispute as required.
- Acts as liaison with customers regarding, but not limited to, order clarification, ship windows, and expedited freight. Responds, documents and tracks disputes as needed.
- Support completing annual HTS code documentation for customers
- Support matching freight invoices
- Support container management requirements with customers
- Fill in for PC & L team members as required. Assists in maintaining a safe workplace. Active participant in planning and performing Physical Inventory
- Attend Daily Production meeting, and weekly S & OP meeting.
- Ensure compliance with all TS-16949 and ISO-14001 policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization to ensure issues are addressed and resolved in a timely manner.

Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in materials, logistics, or manufacturing preferred. 1-2 years of supply chain experience desirable APICS certificate is desirable. SAP experience desirable
