This role is for you if you are:
- Friendly, outgoing, and confident talking with customers
- Curious and eager to learn (especially about pet nutrition & wellness)
- Solution-oriented and dependable
- Comfortable recommending products and educating customers
- A true pet lover who enjoys being part of a team
Availability requirements:
- Daytime availability required
- Weekend availability required
- We are not hiring for seasonal or summer positions due to robust training
What you’ll do:
- Learn and share pet nutrition and wellness knowledge
- Guide pet parents toward products that best support their pets’ health
- Cross-sell and suggest solutions that truly benefit pets and their families
- Contribute to daily sales goals in a supportive, team-based environment
- Assist with online orders and fulfillment, including local deliveries

Additional requirements:
- Reliable transportation is required for local deliveries using your personal vehicle.
