Position Overview
Preci Manufacturing is seeking a CNC Lathe Operator to support our production operations. This role is responsible for operating and maintaining CNC lathe machines to produce high-quality precision components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
This is a hands-on position ideal for someone with machining experience who takes pride in producing quality work and maintaining efficient, safe operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC lathe machines to produce precision parts to specification
- Set up and adjust machines to ensure optimal performance and quality
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed
- Perform in-process and final inspections using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and process sheets
- Perform basic troubleshooting and routine machine maintenance
- Maintain accurate production records and part counts
- Collaborate with team members to improve efficiency and workflow
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

Qualifications
- Prior experience operating CNC lathes or similar machining equipment preferred
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong basic math skills for measurement and calculations
- Experience with precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to troubleshoot basic machining issues
