We're a growing Northern California swimming pool restoration company looking for one motivated Outside Sales Representative.
You'll meet with homeowners interested in improving and restoring their swimming pools. We provide targeted neighborhoods, qualified homeowner lists, marketing support, and ongoing guidance from a licensed California contractor.
No swimming pool experience is required.
What You'll Do
- Meet with homeowners
- Build relationships and generate new business
- Schedule appointments and follow up with prospects
- Work toward closing sales after obtaining your California Home Improvement Salesperson (HIS) Registration
- Help homeowners choose the best solution for their project

California HIS Registration
California law requires anyone independently selling home improvement projects to obtain a California Home Improvement Salesperson (HIS) Registration.
Requirements include:
- At least 18 years old
- No exam required
- Complete a CSLB application
- Live Scan/background check
- $200 CSLB registration fee (plus applicable Live Scan fees)
We'll help qualified candidates through the process.
While your registration is pending, you may assist with lead generation and scheduling appointments for our licensed contractor. After your first three closed sales, we'll reimburse your $200 CSLB registration fee.
