Dental Assistant – Entry Level / New Graduate Welcome
Sweet Tooth Family Dental is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Dental Assistant to join our growing team. We welcome new graduates and are committed to providing hands-on training and mentorship to help you build a successful career in dentistry.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the dentist during a variety of dental procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments
- Take dental X-rays (certification preferred or willingness to obtain)
- Ensure patient comfort and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain accurate patient records and charting
- Assist with infection control and office cleanliness
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment instructions
Qualifications:
- Dental Assistant certification or recent graduate from an accredited Dental Assistant program
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable, organized, and team-oriented
- X-ray certification preferred but not required
