This position reports to the Head Women’s Tennis Coach and carries responsibility for all aspects of a competitive NCAA Division III women’s tennis program. In this role, supporting and assisting the tennis team in all area s is key to developing a competitive and successful program in support of the College’s scholar-athlete approach to collegiate athletics.

Schedule & Classification : This is a part-time, temporary position running from August 2026 through May 2027, with a variable schedule based on the athletic season for a total of 746 hours . Work hours may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays. The weekly schedule will be determined by the supervisor. Position Responsibilities:
- Assist with all aspects of training, hitting sessions, home and away matches, goal setting, and other individual player development needs.
- Collaborate with strength and conditioning and athletic training to prepare scholar-athlete for peak performance.
- Provide coaching during matches.
- Support scholar athletes in their pursuit of balancing their academic and athletic priorities.
- Assist in all areas of recruiting qualified scholar athletes.
Other duties as assigned.
