Program Overview
Brighter Path Montgomery is an intensive residential treatment facility providing an array of gender specific, evidenced based and trauma informed services for females, ages 12-18, with serious and/or chronic emotional and/or behavioral management problems that interfere with the child’s ability to function in the family, school and/or community setting outside of a residential environment.
The Job
This position is responsible for the ground maintenance, housekeeping, major and preventive maintenance of the facility. The Facility Maintenance Tech. is responsible for maintaining the building and grounds in a manner that is efficient and safe for residents, staff and visitors that will reflect well on Brighter Path Montgomery Services. In addition, the Facility Maintenance Tech. oversees all service contractors at the facility.
