We are seeking a dynamic and relationship-driven Marketing Liaison / Hospital Liaison to join our growing team in the Avon, Ohio area. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, discharge planners, assisted living communities, and other healthcare providers to drive admissions and increase facility census.
The ideal candidate is a motivated professional with healthcare marketing experience, strong networking abilities, and a proven track record of building referral partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, healthcare providers, physicians, and community organizations
- Educate referral sources on facility services, programs, and admissions processes
- Generate qualified referrals and help achieve census growth goals
- Conduct facility tours for prospective residents, families, and referral partners
- Participate in networking events, healthcare meetings, and community outreach activities
- Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure smooth referral and admission processes
- Track referral activity and maintain accurate records of marketing efforts
- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for business development
- Serve as a positive ambassador for the organization throughout the community
Qualifications:
- Previous healthcare marketing, hospital liaison, admissions, or business development experience preferred
- Long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or post-acute care experience strongly preferred
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively
- Proven ability to meet goals and drive results
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
