We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Assistant to the Operations Manager to join our team! Duties
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Operations Manager
- Perform data entry tasks using Microsoft Office tools and Google Workspace to maintain accurate records and reports.
Requirements
- Must be familiar with DHL and FedEx software and comfortable corresponding with our vendors and clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar), and basic computer literacy.
- Experience with QuickBooks for bookkeeping and financial record-keeping is highly desirable.
- Detail oriented and be able to follow procedure
- Follow up skills maintaining professional persistence extremely important
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
