Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Manager to lead our inside sales team. This role is essential in driving business growth through effective communication, strategic sales initiatives, and fostering strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will possess excellent negotiation skills, a deep understanding of B2B sales, and experience with CRM software such as Salesforce. As an Inside Sales Manager, you will oversee outbound calling campaigns, manage customer accounts, and develop new business opportunities to expand our market presence.
Duties
- Lead and motivate the inside sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies focused on B2B sales, telemarketing, and technology sales.
- Conduct outbound calling, warm calling, and follow-up activities to generate new leads and nurture existing client relationships.
- Utilize CRM software like Salesforce to track customer interactions, manage pipelines, and analyze sales data.
- Engage in negotiations with clients to close deals and secure long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales campaigns with overall business development goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights for senior management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales roles.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing high-value deals.
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated ability in telemarketing, outbound calling, and business development activities.
- Knowledge of marketing strategies related to inside sales initiatives.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
