Member Duties : Everyone has a right to literacy. To help empower adults with employability, income gain, improved self-esteem, leaving abusive situations, improved health and breaking the cycle of poverty, the VISTA Member will increase program impact that surveying local communities to assess learner needs and delivery options and encourage participation. Targeted rural areas: Lee, Macon and Chambers counties
