Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Automotive Technician to join our dynamic service team. In this role, you will perform comprehensive vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance to ensure optimal performance and safety. Your expertise will help deliver exceptional service to our customers by accurately identifying issues, utilizing advanced tools, and applying your mechanical knowledge. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a variety of vehicle makes and models, including GM vehicles and diesel engines, in a fast-paced environment that values technical excellence and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough diagnostics using automotive electrical systems, schematics, and advanced diagnostic tools to identify mechanical and electronic issues.
- Perform repairs on various vehicle systems including powertrain, transmissions, suspension, brakes, and ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems).
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and specialized automotive repair equipment to complete repairs efficiently and safely.
- Execute routine vehicle maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, wheel alignments, and fluid replacements.
- Interpret technical manuals and schematics to troubleshoot complex problems accurately.
- Repair or replace components related to automotive electrical systems, diesel engines, and other critical vehicle parts.
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and manufacturer specifications while providing excellent customer service throughout the repair process.
Experience
- Proven dealership experience or service technician experience working on a variety of vehicles.
- Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostics, schematics, and electrical systems.
- Hands-on experience with ADAS calibration, wheel alignment procedures, and powertrain repairs.
- Familiarity with GM vehicles or similar makes is preferred.
- Experience working with diesel engines and performing transmission repairs is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and auto estimating software effectively.

Pay: $33.00 - $42.00 per hour
