Responsibilities
- Providing attentive and friendly service throughout the event
- Serve food and beverages efficiently, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to food safety standards
- Assist with food handling, setup, and breakdown of banquet areas to maintain cleanliness and organization
- Buss tables promptly, clearing dishes and resetting tables for new guests or events
- Support catering operations by assisting with food preparation and replenishing supplies as needed
- Maintain excellent guest and other employee relations by addressing questions or special requests professionally and courteously
- Follow all health and safety regulations related to food service, handling, and sanitation protocols
Requirements
- Previous experience in the banquet and event industry or hospitality sector is preferred, BUT NOT REQUIRED
- Strong guest services skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
- Knowledge of food handling, serving techniques, and food safety standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience with bussing, food preparation, or restaurant operations is advantageous
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or during special events as needed
