About the Role
Do you want to use your skills to make a meaningful difference in the lives of families?
We are seeking a dynamic, high-empathy Marketing Coordinator (Growth Specialist) to help us reach families and guardians who are actively searching for high-quality, trusted care for their loved ones.
In this role, you will be the face of our agency in the community. Your primary mission is to blend modern digital marketing with authentic, boots-on-the-ground relationship building—driving qualified traffic to our website, increasing intake applications, and cultivating deep partnerships with local community stakeholders and State Service Coordinators.
What You’ll Do
- Community Engagement & Grassroots Marketing (40%): Source, coordinate, and attend local disability awareness events, resource fairs, and specialized community gatherings. You'll map out and establish a regular presence where parents and guardians gather (clinics, therapy centers, support groups) and build trusted relationships with State Service Coordinators, case managers, and social workers to drive referrals.
- Digital Marketing & Web Conversion (40%): Execute organic marketing strategies engineered to drive web traffic and increase completed client intake applications. You will own our Facebook and Instagram presence, creating high-empathy, educational content (video, graphics, testimonials) that speaks directly to the needs of family guardians. You'll also engage authentically in local parent support groups and forums.
- Pipeline Management & Advocacy (20%): Transition community connections and digital engagement into warm leads, capturing vital information to pass seamlessly to the Executive Director for final intake. You will confidently and empathetically speak about our care services, Medicaid/state funding pathways, and agency values.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 2–4 years of experience in marketing, community relations, hyper-local lead generation, or sales. Experience in healthcare, home care, or the disability sector is highly preferred but not required.
- Digital Savvy: A proven track record of managing social media (specifically Facebook and Instagram) to drive actual web traffic, not just "likes." Basic graphic design (Canva) and video editing skills are a major plus.
- Exceptional Communication: You are high-empathy, an incredible listener, and completely comfortable initiating conversations with strangers at public events or over the phone.
- Autonomy & Drive: You are a self-starter who enjoys the freedom to build your own weekly schedule, coordinate networking events, and manage content calendars.
- Requirements: Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license to travel to local community events and networking meetings.
What Success Looks Like
- A measurable increase in the number of completed client applications submitted via our website.
- A steady, predictable stream of warm inbound leads provided to the Executive Director each month.
- Expanded brand awareness evidenced by consistent referral volume from local State Service Coordinators and community partners.
