We are looking for a motivated and energetic Part-Time Telemarketer / Appointment Setter to join our growing insurance agency team. This is an in-office position with flexible part-time hours and a clear path for advancement within the agency.

Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients
- Follow up with internet leads, referrals, and marketing campaigns
- Set appointments for licensed agents
- Update customer information in our CRM system
- Build rapport and create positive first impressions
- Help support agency marketing and community outreach efforts
- Meet daily call and appointment goals
