Bilingual Texas P&C Insurance & Client Services RepresentativeJob Summary
Cuenta Conmigo is seeking a friendly, organized, and bilingual Texas Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance & Client Services Representative for our Fort Worth office. This person will welcome walk-in customers, manage incoming calls and emails, schedule appointments, maintain customer records, and connect clients with the appropriate team member.
The specific insurance credential we are seeking is an active Texas Property & Casualty license. Candidates who already hold the appropriate Texas P&C license will qualify for a higher starting base pay than candidates without that license. Licensed and appropriately appointed P&C agents may also earn additional agent fees for qualifying policies sold. We offer weekly pay.
Candidates with another type of insurance license are welcome to apply; however, a different license will not replace the Texas P&C license required for the higher starting P&C base pay or P&C agent duties. Those candidates would begin at the applicable non-P&C base pay and would still need to obtain the appropriate Texas P&C license.
Candidates without the required P&C license who demonstrate strong performance, reliability, and long-term potential may be considered for company assistance with obtaining it after completing an introductory employment period.
Responsibilities
- Welcome walk-in customers and determine how we can best assist them.
- Manage incoming calls and emails, ensuring each inquiry is answered, documented, or assigned for follow-up.
- Schedule appointments for insurance, accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, tax preparation, business formations, Notary, and other services.
- Connect customers with the appropriately licensed, certified, or experienced team member.
- Manage customer information through Sidewave and our website-based CRM.
- Review customers’ previous visits, notes, available documents, services, and pending tasks before assisting them.
- Document calls, emails, appointments, walk-in visits, and follow-up activities accurately.
- Maintain organized records while protecting confidential information.
- Identify additional services that may genuinely benefit customers.
- Explain available service bundles and refer customers to the appropriate specialist.
Insurance Duties
Employees who hold the appropriate active Texas P&C license may assist with authorized insurance quotes, applications, policy sales, renewals, endorsements, and customer follow-up.
Employees who do not hold the required Texas P&C license will collect basic information, schedule appointments, and refer insurance matters to an appropriately licensed agent. They may not provide quotes, recommend coverage, interpret policies, or perform other activities requiring a P&C license.
Qualifications
- Bilingual English and Spanish required.
- Active Texas Property & Casualty insurance license strongly preferred.
- Candidates with other insurance licenses may apply but will still be required to obtain the appropriate Texas P&C license before performing P&C agent duties.
- Customer service, insurance, sales, reception, or administrative experience preferred.
- Strong telephone, email, organizational, and data-entry skills.
- Comfortable learning CRM(Zywave) and appointment-scheduling systems.
- Able to assist walk-in customers and manage multiple responsibilities in a busy office.
- Professional, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable identifying additional customer needs.
- Able to handle confidential tax, financial, insurance, and personal information responsibly.
Compensation and Opportunities
- Weekly pay.
- Starting base pay is determined by experience, qualifications, and license status.
- Candidates who already possess the appropriate active Texas P&C license qualify for a higher starting base pay than candidates hired without that license.
- Possessing a different type of insurance license does not automatically qualify a candidate for the higher P&C starting base pay.
- Licensed and appropriately appointed P&C agents may earn additional agent fees for qualifying policies sold, on top of their base pay.
- Employees without the required P&C license may be considered for company assistance with obtaining it after successfully completing an introductory employment period and demonstrating strong performance, reliability, and long-term potential.
