Dog Haus Waco is looking for team players who are ready to jump in, learn, and grow.
We're not looking for someone to stand in one spot all day. We're looking for people who want to become well-rounded members of our team by learning all aspects of our kitchen operations.
As a Kitchen Team Member, you'll be cross-trained in food prep, line cooking, quality control, cleaning, and kitchen organization. Whether you're building burgers, grilling sausages, prepping ingredients, or helping keep the kitchen running smoothly, you'll play an important role in creating the Dog Haus experience our guests know and love.
What You'll Do
- Prepare ingredients and complete daily prep tasks
- Cook menu items according to Dog Haus standards
- Assemble orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
- Keep workstations clean, stocked, and organized
- Assist with receiving and stocking inventory
- Work collaboratively with front-of-house and kitchen team members
- Learn multiple stations and support wherever needed
What We're Looking For

- Willingness to learn and take coaching
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Restaurant experience is a plus, but not required
