We are seeking a dependable and motivated Commercial Pool Technician to join our growing team. This position is responsible for maintaining commercial aquatic facilities to ensure they remain safe, clean, compliant, and operating at peak performance.

Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and service of commercial pools and spas.
- Conduct water testing and chemical balancing on all assigned bodies of water.
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and perform minor repairs on pool and spa equipment.
- Maintain proper water chemistry in accordance with industry and (SNHD) health department standards.
- Accurately document services performed, chemical usage, and equipment conditions.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to management and team members.
- Follow all company safety procedures and industry best practices.
- Adapt to changing schedules and service priorities as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in commercial pool maintenance or a related field preferred.
- Knowledge of commercial pool and spa systems, including pumps, filters, heaters, and automation controls.
- Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification required or ability to obtain certification within 30 days of hire.
- Mechanical aptitude and experience using hand and power tools.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Pay: $800.00 - $1,000.00 per week
