Minimum Qualifications
The Postdoctoral appointee must have recently (within the last eight years) been awarded a Ph.D. or equivalent doctorate (e.g., Sc.D., M.D.)
The appointment is temporary, for up to one year at a time, with renewal possible for up to three years.

The Center for Leadership Science (CLS) at UNC Charlotte is an interdisciplinary research center within the Belk College of Business dedicated to advancing the scientific study of leadership through rigorous science, student success, and community stakeholder engagement.
