This position performs daily warehouse inventory control operations, including receiving, ordering, staging, organizing, and monitoring materials and equipment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintain inventory control for stock ordering of equipment and materials, including tracking, receiving, storage, and retrieval functions.

Process purchase orders and accurately receive materials into inventory systems.

Maintain inventory in a clean, organized, and well-documented manner to support accuracy and accessibility.

Perform cycle counts and year-end physical inventory counts; research and resolve discrepancies to maintain high inventory accuracy.

Coordinate the movement of materials between receiving, storage, shipping, and other designated areas.

Assist with quoting inventory supplies, materials, and equipment, including verifying pricing and associated costs.

Demonstrates the ability to communicate effectively and professionally across all interactions, including verbal, electronic, and written communication.

Prepare and provide inventory reports as required, including inventory status and valuation reporting.
Education and Experience:

High school diploma or General Education Development (GED) required.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in warehouse distribution and inventory control.
- Experience using inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, WMS, NetSuite or similar platforms).
- Demonstrated ability to maintain, adjust, and ensure accuracy of inventory data.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including data entry, formatting, and use of standard formulas and functions
Physical Requirements:
This position operates in a warehouse environment with occasional outdoor exposure and use of standard office and warehouse equipment.
The role requires the ability to perform tasks involving movement, positioning, and handling of materials, including bending, reaching, and climbing, with or without reasonable accommodation. Responsibilities may include lifting and carrying items (generally up to 50 lbs., with or without assistance or accommodation), and remaining stationary or moving within the work area for extended periods.
