Job Description
A well-established, nationally branded hotel is seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys providing exceptional guest service in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a warm and professional attitude
- Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Answer phone calls, respond to guest inquiries, and assist with reservations
- Handle guest requests and resolve concerns promptly and professionally
- Process payments and maintain accurate guest records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction
- Follow hotel policies and brand standards
- Assist with additional front desk duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous hotel front desk or customer service experience preferred
- Experience with hotel property management systems is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must be dependable and available to work weekends and holidays as needed
