Fulltime Monday-Friday working 8:30am to 4:30pm
✔Starting pay is $19/hr. Employees earn 3 weeks of vacation and paid holidays off for new employees. Fulltime employees are eligible for 401k after 1 year with Harsha matching a percentage. Medical, Dental, Vision, and a paid life insurance policy are offered.
✔ Paid training, Harsha pays for the course requirements and testing
✔A day in the life of an RBT: Our Behavior Technicians work one on one with clients on a daily basis, developing skills, collecting data and making a difference in a child and family's life.
✔Qualifications to be a Registered Behavior Technician: A high school diploma or GED are required to enter into our program. We would love someone that has experience in the education field or child development. You will hire on as a Behavior Technician and go through a training and supervision period and will then be required to test to become a Registered Behavior Technician.
