The Percolator is a new concept in the JAVA building: all-day breakfast plus pizza. First Watch energy, house music. The room is not open yet — this hire helps stand it up, then runs the line from open through the dinner pizza push.
What you'll do
- Own breakfast all day: eggs, griddle, coffee-side plates, ticket times
- Own pizza: dough, oven, quality, close
- Help open the kitchen, then open and close it daily; keep it clean and to code
- Order and receive; work the list we give you
- One or two people on the line with you once we hire them - you set the standard
What you need
- 2+ years line or kitchen-lead, breakfast or pizza (both is the job)
- Food handler card (or get it week one)
- Mornings and weekends
- St. Louis or already moving here
You've opened a kitchen, or you've been the person who made a new room work
